＞＞Industrial Hygiene Laboratory of BMILP

　　Industrial Hygiene Laboratory is the testing agency of BMILP which specialize in occupational hazard monitoring, was established in 2008. It’s purpose is to strengthen international exchanges and solve the different occupational standards of multinational companies(particularly the North American enterprises in China).

　　Industrial Hygiene Laboratory has established a comprehensive laboratory management system,Industrial Hygiene Laboratory has professional staffs and variety of international advanced testing equipments.The Laboratory got qualification certificate issued by AIHA Laboratory Accreditation Programs,LLC in 2010,and successfully passed the supervisory review in 2011 and the reaccreditation in 2012 and 2014.In addition the lab got the CMA qualification certification and passed the accreditation by CNAS in china,got the Class A qualification of the occupational health,the number of the accreditation items is 132.

＞＞北京市劳动保护科学研究所工业卫生实验室

　　工业卫生实验室是北京市劳动保护科学研究所专门从事职业危害因素检测的机构，成立于2008年，是北京市劳动保护科学研究所的专门从事职业卫生危害因素检测的机构，其宗旨是加强宗旨是加强工业卫生领域领域的国际交流，解决跨国公司（尤其是美国在华企业）的职业伤害和执行的职业伤害和执行职业标准不同的问题。

　　工业卫生实验室建立了完备的实验室管理体系，拥有专业的技术团队和先进的采样检测设备。实验室于2010年获得美国工业卫生评审委员会（AIHALAP,LLC）颁发的资质证书，成为国内首家通过该认证的实验室。2011年，2012年，2014年顺利通过AIHA监督评审和复评审。同时实验室还通过了国内的CMA认证及CNAS认可，职业卫生甲级资质，通过认证项目132项。

＞＞Quality Policy Statement

　　Quality activities shall emphasize the prevention of quality problems rather than detection and correction of problems after they occur.

　　All employees engaged in making decision affecting the quality of laboratory output shall undergo training programs designed to be commensurate with their positions,duties and responsibilities.

　　行为准则：所有员工在上岗前应参加与其岗位工作、职责相应的培训。保证任何时候都必须以专业的水平完成工作、诚实的行为准则和道德方式自律，并提供优质的测试服务。

　　服务目标：不断审查及改善我们的工作效率，以向客户提供更优质的服务为我们的工作目标。

＞＞Quality Control

　　● Internal Quality Control

　　ⅰ.Analyze quality control samples(using certified reference materials)together with samples,and draw the results on the quality control chart.

　　ⅱ.When they are found being outside pre-defined criteria,planned action will be taken to correct the problem,prevent incorrect results from being reported.

　　● ExternalQualityControl

　　ⅰ.Participate in proficiency-testing programs(IHPAT),provided by AIHA,until now we passed more than twenty rounds,which is all we participated.

　　ⅱ.Exchange samples or standard with other lab(Beijing Centre fo rPhysical ＆ Chemical Analysis)to compare correlation of results between labs and give validity to each lab’s intra-lab quality control program.

＞＞质量控制

　　● 内部质量控制

　　ⅰ.测试样品的同时分析质量控制样品，并将结果画在质量控制图上。

　　ⅱ.如果质量控制样品的结果超出可接受的范围时，实施相应的控制措施以防将错误的结果报告出去。

　　● 外部质量控制

　　ⅰ.参加美国工业卫生协会组织的能力验证项目（PAT），目前参与20多轮，全部通过。

　　ⅱ.与北京市理化分析测试中心等单位进行实验室间比对。

＞＞评审经历 Review experience

　　● Ronald H.Peters,AIHA-LAP Site Assessor had came to our laboratory for site assessment on April 2010.He gave us many valuable advises on the laboratory construction and development.

　　● 美国工业卫生协会现场评审员RonaldH.Peters于2010年4月来工业卫生实验室进行现场评审，他针对实验室建设和发展提出了很多非常有价值的意见，并建议实验室一次性通过评审。

　　● 2011，The laboratory welcome the site assessor for supervision review,and the site assessor spoke highly of the lab.The lab can run good as the policy.And point out existing problems in the operation process of laboratory.Lab successfully passed the supervisory review.

　　● 2011年，实验室迎来了监督评审工作，现场评审员给予实验室高度的评价，称实验室能按照准则要求运行，运行状态良好。同时也指点出实验室运行过程中存在的问题。监督评审顺利通过。

　　● 2012年，迎来了专家Sandy的复评审。专家对体系文件及实验过程的质量控制进行了详尽的考察。复评审顺利通过。

　　● 2012,Sandy,AIHA-LAP Site Assessor came to the lab for reaccreditation.She review the documents and the data control in detail.Lab successfully passed the reaccreditation review.

　　● 2014年，实验室将再次迎来专家的现场评审，同时增加ICP-AES领域的检测项目，提升检测能力，完善认证领域。复评审顺利通过。

　　● 2014,The laboratory will welcome the site assessor for another one reaccreditation review,and at the same time the lab will add the field of testing for ICP-AES testing and improving the proficiency of testing.Lab successfully passed the reaccreditation review.

　　● 工业卫生实验室于2010年通过了ISO/IEC17025:2005，美国工业卫生协会实验室认证，认证的范围包括：重金属和有机溶剂。具体测试项目如下：
